April 2: IACP Conference, NYC
The International Association of Culinary Professionals is the Who's-Who of the culinary world. Voodoo Vintners author Katherine Cole will be joining a roster of food-world stars like Ruth Reichl, Marcus Samuelsson, Kim Severson, Grant Achatz and Adam Rapoport at the IACP's 34th annual conference in New York City! Joined by Rudy Marchesi of Montinore Estate and Scott Pactor of Appellation Wine & Spirits, Katherine will be leading a 1.5-hour seminar on biodynamic wine for an audience of approximately 80 culinary professionals on April 2.
